Roasted Half Chicken

We brine, season and roast these chickens locally raised on New Jersey and Pennsylvania family farms.  Never caged, these free roaming birds are part of the "Never Ever Program" - never given antibiotics, steroids or hormones.  They are fed an exclusively vegetarian diet sourced from neighboring farms, and each chicken is carefully processed by hand.
