Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start of Summer and we're serving up our favorite eats to celebrate sunny beach days and time with family.  First up - the Shrimp Salad Sandwich is back. Plump fresh shrimp gently cooked in a flavorful court bouillon, tossed in a light dressing with Dukes Mayo, celery, red onion with a touch of horseradish for some bite, stuffed generously in a buttered toasted potato roll. Summer is here!
