Grilled Cheese - A melty mix of comté and cheddar on thick Amy's Pan de Mie (white bread for the kiddos) toasted with butter.

Pimento - Made with house made Pimento cheese spread (also sold by the pint) and cheddar.  Add preserved chilies to knock your socks off.
