Fior di Tiglio is aged in hanging individual linen cloths, producing a concave top, like a little well. After the cheese is salted and matured the makers add lime-tree flower honey to the well.The honey binds with the cheese, resulting in a bright honey flavor througouht the paste.

Your order will ship via FedEx Two Day or FedEx Ground. Perishable items including chocolate in the warmer months are sent with ice packs.
Online shipping orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Currently there is a flat rate fee of $25 for all shipping orders. Cheese Club ship for free. If a gift basket is included in your order, your entire order will ship for free if the items fit in one box.
