Vanilla beans from Madagascar from Greenpoint Trading Co. These bourbon Madagascar beans can be added into any recipe to give it more layers of notes. To remove the vanilla, use a knife and scrape the vanilla from the bean.
*Can also be used to create your own vanilla extract:
1. Cut the beans along the long part.
2. Place back in jar.
3. Fill with your choice of alcohol, vodka & rum work the best.
4. Wait 6-8 weeks, and shake once per week.
