The custom of adding sage to cheese made in Derby cheese began in the 17th Century. Sage was valued for its health-giving properties; it was good for the digestion and thus Sage Derby was born. Sage Derby was originally consumed at harvest time and Christmas.

Sage Derby, one of the oldest British gourmet cheeses and one of the original additive cheeses.  Try it on a holiday themed platter for a burst of color.

Ford Farm is one of the few remaining traditional farmhouse cheddar makers in the UK, sourcing milk from local, free-range dairy herds that graze the lush pastures of the surrounding countryside in Dorset.

Your order will ship via FedEx Two Day or FedEx Ground. Perishable items including chocolate in the warmer months are sent with ice packs.

Online shipping orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Currently there is a flat rate fee of $25 for all shipping orders. Cheese Club ship for free. If a gift basket is included in your order, your entire order will ship for free if the items fit in one box.
