Cheese of the Month Boards | August

We were a bit limited on accompaniments this month, so we've opted for a simple board to show that you can make a board with just a few key pairings! We've also been loving Marcona Almonds lately... can you tell?

What you get in each box...

We paired our hard cheeses with simple tasting, but fun varieties in texture with Cloister Honey, with its chia seed crunch, and a spiced cinnamon creamed Sag Harbor mini. Two different almonds, the BKLYN Larder Olive Oil Roasted Almonds and the slightly creamy and oh-so-good Marcona Almonds, and a light classic olive oil flatbread by Rustic Bakery.

Playing up the umami of the charcuterie, this board has creamy marcona almonds, along with two stone-fruit jams by Beth's Farm Kitchen and Brins. We recommend keeping it simple to let the cheese really shine, and pairing with other stone-fruits like figs and apricots.

We've reaaally been loving marcona almonds! It's such a simple yet exciting treat for almond-lovers and almond-casuals alike! The stone-fruit makes another appearance with a Hot Plum Chutney, with BKLYN Larder Crostini and Rustic Bakery Flatbread Bites for a non-overbearing base, letting the rest of the flavors really shine through with easy pickings!
